Steps for buying process listed below:


1. PRE-APPROVAL

A pre-approval helps you understand the home price you can afford. With a pre-approval, you will be able to secure a great mortgage rate offer ahead of time and protect yourself from rate increases during your home search.

2. the right property

I list down your preferences and other requirements to find the perfect home for you and your family. After that we will start home search from MLS to open houses. I will look for the properties that fit your requirements on multiple platforms, helping you find your dream home fast.

3.  offer

I will do market research, collecting data of the selling price of similar properties in the same neighborhood. After that I suggest a price that I feel the seller will accept and will offer you good value for your money.

4. negotiations

I will prepare a contract that represents your interests. I will include terms that offer you protection in case a major defects in the structure of the building, plumbing system of the property or something else.

5. HOMe inspection

It is important to do home inspection to identify any major defects or repair issues. I am working with licensed home inspectors, who disclose all the defects and we can address them to the sellers.

6. COMPLETION

I provide you the support you need on the closing day and  ensure successful completion of your real estate buying process.
